Return and refund policy

All products are non-refundable. In the event that you receive goods that are damaged due to shipping, please take at least 3 pictures of the damaged goods and send us an email at <a href=””></a> quoting your order # and invoice #, include the pictures as attachments and we will contact you to take care of the order.

Warranties &amp; responsibility for services and products

When we receive a valid warranty claim (determined by our customer service department) for a product purchased from us (i.e. defective product), we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for the shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and the customer will be responsible for returning the shipment of the product to us.
